MSS100 Pressure Sensor for medical, pharmaceutical and bio-processing fluids
Properties
Pressure Medium: Harsh & Liquid Environments
Sensor Type: Gauge, Absolute
Supply Voltage: 5V
Output Signal: Voltage
Pressure Range: 3-300 psi
Kind: Board Level, Packaged Transducer

The MSS100 is a fully compensated pressure transducer ideal for medical, pharmaceutical, and bio-processing applications involving harsh liquids.

It measures pressure from the backside of the MEMS silicon die, which makes it an ideal product for use with harsh liquids and vapors that would otherwise damage a sensor’s circuitry.

Back-side entry uncovers only the eutectic die attach, glass, and silicon to the pressure medium—elements that have been proven to withstand this environment—with no accuracy concerns of top-side sensors.

For medical equipment, packaging for pressure sensing applications is crucial to remove regular compromises, enhance product lifetime reliability, and lower ownership cost.

Once you have the MSS100 in your hands, it is ready for a simple electrical connection via Molex connector and pressure connection via Luer fitting.
