The MCD70A is a smart pressure sensor with an amplified analog output. Digital compensation of sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature drift and nonlinearity is accomplished in factory via an internal DSP running a correction algorithm with calibration coefficients stored in an on-chip EEPROM.
A variety of lead pin in DIP, SIL, or SMD are available to provide simple and ready-to-use solutions for different volume level applications. It can be operated in a supply voltage of 2.7 to 5.5V and can be extended to 30V with an external JFET.
