The FSP2000 Series of dual pressure sensors offer the unique combination of a differential and a gauge pressure sensor utilizing the MEMS thermal and piezo sensing technology with smart electronic circuitry.
The designed sensing ranges allow for it to be used in medical applications such as CPAP and other ventilation applications for both flow and gauge pressure measurement with a small footprint. The FSP2000 measures differential pressure up to ±500 Pa, and gauge pressure ±100 cm H2O.
