The ME600 are monolithic gauge ceramic pressure sensors using piezoresistive technology. The Wheatstone bridge is screen printed directly on one side of the ceramic diaphragm by means of thick film technology. The diaphragm's opposite side can be exposed directly to the medium being measured.
No additional protection is necessary due to the strong chemical resistance of AI2O3 ceramic. The sensors can be mounted directly in a plastic or metallic case using an O-ring. Temperature changes and pressure overloads do not cause a loss in reliability.
