The MCD70D is a smart pressure sensor with an amplified digital output in I2C and OWI. Digital compensation of sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature drift and nonlinearity is accomplished in factory via an internal DSP running a correction algorithm with calibration coefficients stored in an on-chip EEPROM.
A variety of lead pin in DIP, SIL, or SMD are available to provide simple and ready-to-use solutions for different volume level applications. It can be operated in a supply voltage of 2.7 to 5.5V and can be extended to 30V with an external JFET.
